Greenwood Close is hosted by Short Let Space Holiday Cottages. We are an independent Holiday Cottage company specialising in cottage and holiday home rentals in Oxford and the Cotswolds. Anne Greenwood Close is a modern two bedroom terrace house close to Iffley Turn in a peaceful cul-de-sac. With parking and access to regular buses it is a great location to explore and enjoy Oxford. The property has two bedrooms which can be either king size beds or twin beds, which makes it ideal for colleagues sharing while working in Oxford. Just a short walk to local gym and shopping centre, pubs and the River Thames. ABOUT OUR HOME The accommodation comprises of : -Entrance Hall -Kitchen - fully fitted and well equipped with everything you will need to dine-in during your stay including fridge-freezer, oven, hob and washer-dryer. -Living-dining room with dining table and seating for four guests. Living area with two seater sofa and two easy chairs, wide screen TV and large patio door to access the garden. Stairs lead to the first floor: -Bedroom One - A bright room with king size bed and lots of storage. Beds can be made up as twin beds -Bedroom Two - King size beds which can also be made up as twin beds. -Family Bathroom - with bath and over-head shower, toilet and wash basin. EXTERIOR There is a small private garden at the rear of the property which is a lovely area to sit out. There is also a spacious communal garden at the back of the property with seating area. It's a lovely place to sit, play with children or just enjoy the sunshine. PARKING The property has one allocated parking space. Additional visitor parking is available but not guaranteed. ABOUT YOUR HOST We are an independent Holiday Cottage company specialising in cottage and holiday home rentals in Oxford and the Cotswolds. The home is personally managed by our local home manager who is on hand to help guests with anything needed.
