The George and Dragon is a 16th century coaching inn, still displaying the original beams with the carved Tudor rose and large open fireplaces. The rooms, which have just been refurbished in April 2017, are warm and cosy with wooden floors and antique rugs, candlelit tables and crisp white linen for the tables.

 

The George & Dragon classifies itself as a 4 star hotel.
