Enjoying picture perfect views over the outstanding Pembrokeshire coast, The Lookout is just a short walk from the wonderful village of Saundersfoot with it's picturesque harbour and award winning beaches.The large furnished balcony can be accessed from the living room and the breathtaking views provide a relaxing space to relax or enjoy an al fresco meal with the family. The wonderful views can be further enjoyed from the bubbling hot tub in the garden below where you will also find a pool table and an outdoor kitchen with a second seating area - this spectacular cottage really does have all you need to create a truly memorable holiday with family and friends. The cottage enters into the living area with stairs leading to the downstairs accommodation. Living Room: Comfortable sofa and dining seating for up to 6 people. Sky TV with full sky package, BT Sports, Netflix, Amazon, Freeview and DVD player. Views across Saundersfoot bay with sliding doors leading out onto the large furnished balcony. Kitchen: Well-equipped with all you will need for your perfect cottage holiday including electric oven and hob, microwave, American fridge freezer and dishwasher. Dining table and seating for up to 6 people. Bedroom one: King-size bed. Sliding doors leading to the enclosed garden. Bedroom two: King-size bed. Door to en-suite. Living area with wall mounted TV and playstation. Sliding doors lead out to the enclosed garden. En-suite: Shower cubicle, toilet and basin. Bedroom three: King-size bed. **Note** An adult and child single bed can be provided on request to create two twin rooms if required. Family Bathroom: Bath with shower over, toilet and basin. The cottage further benefits from wifi throughout, gas central heating and a washing machine and tumble dryer housed in the garage. Bathrobes are provided in each bedroom.
