It is a very green, rural and quiet area with well established forests and walkways near by. There is a large private parking compound to the rear of the property with ample space for multiple cars. This is entirely free. There is a bus stop approximately 30m from the property on the mean road. This has routes into Stockton, Durham, Hartlepool and other local villages. The high street and all village pubs, coffee shops, restaurant, and grocery shops is only 800m away. There is a corner shop 400m away There is a Sainsbury shop only 400m away.
