Fisherman’s Way is in one of Swansea’s premier locations, right on the sea front next to the beach and the main promenade leading to Mumbles. This property boasts sea views and is just a short walk into the main town centre. The property is located in the marina, Swansea’s newest hotspot for up-and-coming bars and restaurants. Everything is close by from the local Tesco supermarket to the beach which is just over a small grass verge behind the property. You are also not far from Swansea’s newest multipurpose entertainment and events space, Swansea Arena. This brand new facility will be hosting a range of events from book signings to shows and performances. This property is perfect for couples, families or anyone looking for a location close to the beach and the town centre. It is located on the ground floor, so no steps to climb, allowing easy, safe access to the property. It comes with a dedicated parking space, which is a hot commodity in this location. Apart from being in a prime location, right on the beach front, this property has a spacious open plan lounge and kitchen with a dining table & four chairs. There is a nice comfy sofa as well a large flat screen smart TV for you to relax in the evenings and even a small balcony area which you can sit out on by the promenade. The kitchen has a standalone fridge freezer, as well as an electrical stove top cooker, an oven and grill, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine.
