The Lookout is your bright & spacious home from home on the top two floors of a period Captain’s House in Chandos Square, Broadstairs. You’ll be immersed in seaside nostalgia, charmed by quaint fishermen’s cottages, and braced by exhilarating cliff-top walks. Relaxed & unspoilt, Broadstairs radiates chilled-out, family-friendly fun. No wonder Dickens took his holidays here The space Newly renovated, The Lookout has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open-plan living space and kitchen/diner with spectacular sea views. The lounge has two sofas (one a double sofa bed), a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and captivating views. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washer/dryer. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are available. The main bedroom can be configured as a Superking bed or two single beds, please specify which you would prefer. Towels and fresh bed linen are provided. Children are more than welcome and we can provide two travel cots (on request), both supplied without bedding. Some kids books and toys are available. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate furry friends, due to allergies. Guest access Full access during your stay Additional information: If there are significant changes in your planned arrival or departure times, please advise the property as soon as possible, as this may result in re-arranging the check-in time or for you to collect the keys from another location. There is strictly no smoking inside the accommodation. Guests found breaking this rule will be charged a penalty fee of GBP 100. Lost keys will incur a charge from GBP 50 for a replacement or a call out charge. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit is required to be paid 7 days before arrival via credit card.
