There are two local pubs, a shop and fantastic farm shop with butchery and cafe. Easy access to Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks, local country walks, or just unwind and relax. The house has seamless wifi, NetFlix and all the mod cons you will need. Guest access Guest have access to the entire cottage during stay Additional information: If there are significant changes in your planned arrival or departure times, please advise the property as soon as possible, as this may result in re-arranging the check-in time or for you to collect the keys from another location. There is strictly no smoking inside the accommodation. Guests found breaking this rule will be charged a penalty fee of GBP 100. Lost keys will incur a charge from GBP 50 for a replacement or a call out charge. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit is required to be paid 7 days before arrival via credit card.
