One of six individually designed apartments set within in a traditional Regency building in Royal Leamington Spa. Choose from studios, one beds and two bed apartments, all with free parking.
This luxurious one bedroom apartment is an easy 10 minutes walk from the centre of Leamington Spa with it's many cafes, bars, delis and restaurants.
The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a converted 5 storey Regency townhouse, which is typical of the architecture in Leamington Spa. The apartment has been luxuriously designed and furnished to the highest standard and is truly a home from home.
There is a private parking space and as well as additional street parking should you bring more than one car. The apartment has one bedroom and the bed can be made up as either a king or separated to form two single beds - just ask! The apartment is great for one to two people, but we can accommodate up to two more on the double sofa bed in the living room.
Bed linen, towels and toiletries are included.
The living room and bedroom have flat screen TVs, with Netflix and catch up TV in the living room. The living room TV also has a sound bar for cinema like sound and blue tooth connection for playing your own music.
The kitchen is fully integrated and has everything you need for a whole range of cooking options.
Guests will have access to the whole apartment
