With incredible views and luxury interiors, Boutique Balcony is the perfect hideaway on Whitby’s West Cliff. Furnished to the highest standard, this is a beautiful two-bedroom apartment. Sleeping up to five guests, this apartment offers stunning sea views, as well as an outlook across to Whitby Abbey and the North Yorkshire Moors, along with a balcony with a bistro set and seating area. The Space: Boutique Balcony has style and class in abundance. This luxury holiday apartment is located in the historic Victorian Metropole Towers building, the ideal location for enjoying Whitby. LIVING AND DINING AREA Beginning in the open plan living and dining area, you’ll find a very impressive space. Two comfy sofas face each other so you can kick-back and relax in front of the flat screen TV or admire the feature slate walls that really stand out in this room. The space is complete with a glass dining table which can be found to the rear of the seating area. KITCHEN Just off from here is the grey-themed kitchen which creates a cosy feel and contrasts beautifully with the clean, white wall tiles. You’ll have everything you need for your stay as the kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. BEDROOM The master bedroom is a clean and bright space featuring a double bed and a crystal chandelier which hangs above the real oak flooring. The neutral colour scheme creates a light and calming environment. A wall-mounted flat screen TV, a dressing table and bedside tables complete the room and add even more glamour. Head to the second bedroom and you’ll find a bunk bed with a double on the bottom, and a single on the top bunk. This space could provide the perfect base for your children and teenagers who need a bit of their own private space throughout your stay. BATHROOM In the bathroom you’ll find glossy wall tiles and shiny fittings. The room features a spacious shower along with a wash basin and WC. Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay. Guest Access: Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the apartment are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. A parking scratch card is provided for your stay, allowing free on-street parking in Whitby’s ‘W Zone’. Boutique Balcony is accessible via lift. Please note that scaffold is currently up at Metropole Towers which may restrict the views from the apartment. Interaction with Guests: We’re always available for our guests so please don’t hesitate to get in touch. The Neighborhood: Boutique Balcony is located right on Whitby sea front. The Blue Flag West Cliff beach and promenade is just a short 5-minute walk from the apartment. On Pier Road, you’ll find fun arcades and plenty of fish restaurants where you can sample the catch of the day. Head into town and you’ll find cosy cafes, restaurants and shops lining the street, so the apartment is ideally located. The other side of Whitby is full of narrow, mediaeval streets dotted with boutiques and pubs. Climb the famous 199 steps up to the Church of Saint Mary. You can also discover the renowned ruined Whitby Abbey, which was the inspiration for Bram Stoker’s gothic novel ‘Dracula’. Step outside of Whitby and you’ll uncover a haven of woodland and moorland. Whitby forms part of the North York Moors National Park so it’s the perfect place for long walks. Getting Around: Boutique Balcony is located a short walk away from the centre of Whitby so the town can easily be explored on foot. Whitby train station is just a short 15-minute walk away so villages and towns along the North Yorkshire coast can easily be reached via rail. There’
