Comprising the kitchen, living and dining space, this room is perfect for unwinding with your loved one. LIVING ROOM There is a modern, yet cosy style with two comfy sofas and a flat-screen TV, all in amongst a neutral colour scheme. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the appliances you need so every care has been taken for guests to make the most of their self-catering stay. Ultra modern with minimal fuss, the kitchen has white, high shine cabinets and black granite style worktops. Also sharing the space is the dining area which includes a foldable table and two padded chairs. BEDROOM Head to the bedroom and you’ll find a comfortable king size bed with plush bedding and premium bed linens. The room is complemented conveniently with hanging space and drawers to provide ample storage space for guests. BATHROOM The bathroom features a shower, WC and wash basin. You’ll also find a heated towel rail, a lit mirror and a skylight in the space. Mindello Apartments are home to two separate apartments with a maximum capacity of six. If you are looking for a stay for a larger group, there are opportunities to rent both apartments together. Please send us an email with your preferred dates for availability and prices. Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay. Guest Access: Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the apartment are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. A parking scratch card is provided, allowing for free on-street parking in Whitby’s ‘W’ parking zone. Interaction with Guests: We’re always available for our guests so please don’t hesitate to get in touch. The Neighborhood: Mindello Loft Apartment is located close to Whitby’s West Cliff so you’ll be perfectly situated to explore the Blue Flag beach and promenade which are just a short walk from the apartment. You can really make the most of your coastal escape when staying at Mindello Loft Apartment. In Whitby town centre, you’ll find many restaurants, cafes and shops, whilst on Pier Road there are fun arcades and even more eateries. The East side of Whitby is full of narrow, mediaeval streets dotted with boutiques and pubs. Climb the famous 199 steps up to the Church of Saint Mary. You can also discover the renowned ruined Whitby Abbey, which was the inspiration for Bram Stoker’s gothic novel ‘Dracula’. Step outside of Whitby and you’ll uncover a haven of woodland and moorland. Whitby forms part of the North York Moors National Park so it’s the perfect place for long walks. Getting Around: Mindello Loft Apartment is located close to Whitby’s West Cliff so the promenade and beach can be explored easily on foot. Whitby train station and the town centre is just a short 15 to 20 minute walk away so villages and towns along the North Yorkshire coast can easily be reached via rail. There’s also a taxi rank in close proximity to the train station. There are plenty of bus routes throughout Whitby. Hop on the X4 and you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Sandsend, Runswick Bay and Staithes. The X93 travels along the coast to Scarborough. The 95 route features plenty of quaint villages, such as Grosmont and Lealholm.
