This double-glazed, central-heated static mobile home has two bedrooms, one bathroom and an ensuite toilet. Situated right next to parking and just a couple minutes' walk away from the amenities at Winchelsea Sands Holiday Park, it's an excellent property for a holiday by the beach.

Up to six guests can stay in this holiday home, with a double bed in the first bedroom, two single beds in the second, and a sofa bed in the living area. The double bedroom is particularly spacious, with room for a travel cot should you require one, plus its own ensuite toilet. The main bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower.

Decorated in warm tones, this property is spacious and bright, with plenty of windows throughout to let in natural light. The hallway to the bedrooms is separate from the living area, giving you more peace and privacy in the different areas of the home. The carpeted open-plan living area has two corner sofas, one facing the TV and the other with a modern dining table and chairs in the corner by the kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle plus plenty of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery for cooking meals at home, but if you don't fancy the hassle there's a restaurant on-site!

Towels and bedding are included, together with gas and electricity on the terms of a fair use basis.
