Your holiday begins as soon as you walk up onto the decking in the sunshine! This spacious holiday home sleeps up to seven guests - it has three bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. Unfortunately pets are not allowed to holiday at this property but please visit our website where you will find holiday homes which do.

The master bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe to fall gently asleep in after an exhausting day on the beach or out and about. The second bedroom also has a double bed and wardrobe. The third bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe.

There are two bathrooms in the property - the main bathroom offers a shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet, and the second offers an additional toilet and wash basin so there are no queues for the loo!.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare and cook your meals including hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle.

The lounge offers ample seating with a large corner sofa with pull out sofa bed and dining area. There is fire to take the chill off those cold mornings and evenings and when you have time to relax there is a flatscreen TV.

To keep you comfy on those colder nights, this holiday has home double glazing and central heating. A fair use basis on gas and electricity is included in your (URL HIDDEN)

This holiday home has the added benefit of having parking directly outside for one car. There is also a main car park just around the corner.

EXTRAS
1066 Holidays provide fresh clean linen and white fluffy hand towels. Bath towels are available on request at least 48 hours prior to arrival and incurs a £20 charge. Please note all 1066 Holidays properties are no smoking and are self catering.

SURROUNDING AREAS
Winchelsea Sands Holiday Park is located just a short 5 min walk away from the beach, and has the most stunning views. This stony beach stretches for miles and has an ancient forest that can only be seen when the tide is out.

This property is ideal for exploring the local historic towns of Hastings and Rye being situated approximately 15 minute drive from both. Hastings has plenty to do for all of the family, from the Sealife Center, to the Amusements and Crazy Golf and the plentiful number of pubs and restaurants ensuring a fun, active family day out.

LOCAL AMENITIES
When you are feeling hungry, just outside the park you will find a fish and chip shop, a kebab shop, and a lovely pub. At the end of the village by the beach there is a cafe with parking which serves the best meals for all the family to enjoy.

If you happen to forget tea bags or milk or just fancy a little treat you will also find a well stocked co-op just outside the park.

WINCHELSEA HOLIDAY PARK
This park has beautifully maintained grounds with a heated outdoor swimming pool. The clubhouse has entertainment for all the family, whilst the Lobster Pot bar/restaurant offers food and drinks.The park offers great evening family entertainment during peak season (usually April-November, please call park to confirm availability of entertainment during your stay)

CHECK IN
Our Contactless check-in makes arriving at your own convenience even easier. All our properties are accessed via a lock box with the entry codes being issued prior to arrival meaning no queuing at reception to check in at specific times.

We can offer (dependent on availability) early check-in of 2pm, late check-out of 12pm, and travel cot hire. Additional charges apply, please ask for relevant charges
