Cleaning
The house is fully serviced and will be cleaned weekly, with a change of linen and towels Included.

Bin day is every Thursday with alternate recycling and grey bins. Composting waste collection on the same day as the grey household waste bin. All bins are stored in the front Garden.
Child/baby Friendly
Children and babies are welcome. The house is equipped with baby/child friendly items including safety gates, children's toys, books, Dvd's, baby alarm, stair gate and high chair. Please let us know in advance to fit the stair gate, provide a high chair and or travel Cot.
Technology
Free Wifi is available as well as a smart Samsung TV in the living room with BT Vision/You View and DVD player. Digital radios are provided in all three bedrooms and the Kitchen.
Sleeping Provisions
Towels and linen are provided.
A mixture of top quality fibre and feather bedding is in place to accommodate all preferences.
Provisions
Household necessities such as toiletries, towels, bin liners, dishwasher tablets, clothes washing liquid, tea and coffee are provided enabling guests to make themselves at home and travel Light.
Accessibility
We are sorry but due to the layout and period of the house we cannot accommodate wheelchair users and the infirm may find negotiating the Victorian stairs a problem.
