Curie at the Old Infirmary

Curie at the Old Infirmary - Worcester Description

Curie is a self contained studio apartment which features original floorboards in the kitchen and sleeping area with exposed beams throughout. The freestanding kitchenette adds a quirky touch to the layout of this studio. The living area consists of a flat screen TV with Netflix, velvet sofa and brass coffee tables. There is a queen size bed in the sleeping area and a separate spacious shower room.
Curie is one of our superior studios located in the Old Infirmary, one of Worcesters oldest and most historic buildings. Dating back to 1745/6, the building has been sensitively reconstructed and retains many of it's original features.
The studio comes with free parking and Wifi for the duration of your stay, plus complimentary condiments and toiletries.
Shared table and chairs on the terrace outside the building
There is no reception desk at the Old Infirmary or staff on hand. However the Operations Manager is contactable for any queries or problems.
New St and Friar St are both within 5 minutes walking distance to the Old Infirmary, both have an array of artisan eateries and restaurants. Our favourites are... Sugo – An Italian restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere and great food Saffron’s Bistro – Locally sourced high quality food served in a rustic and friendly environment. Also has a separate gin bar with over 50 varieties on offer The Cardinal’s Hat – Worcester’s oldest inn dating back to the 14th century. A friendly and informal pub which serves a great collection of real ale and pub snacks The King Charles – Another historic pub where King Charles II fled to France after losing the Battle of Worcester in 1651. Also famous for its award winning pies and own brewery based beers.
