Sleeping arrangements include:- Bedroom 1 - 4 Single Beds Bedroom 2 - Double bed (can be converted to two singles if arranged in advance) Bedroom 3 - 2 Single Beds (can be converted to double if arranged in advance) Living Room - Double Sofabed A pre-arrival rental contract will need to be signed once your booking has been made. Parking is on street on nearby streets and is subject to permits provided by the local authority arranged in advance.
