This apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

In the bathroom, you will find towels, toilet paper, liquid soap, and a hairdryer.

Completely New furnished and fully designed

In the kitchen, you will find:
oven, microwave, hot plates, kettle, pots, pans, silverware, coffee machine, sugar, salt, oil, fridge with milk and water in it, spices, etc.

Apart from that, You can enjoy the coffee capsules.
Jacuzzi is 300 NIS extra. CURRENTLY, JACUZZI IS OUT OF SERVICE

Baby-friendly: A crib is available. Let us know and we will remove the dangerous glass

We offer a free water cooler (Mey Eden).

**Early/Late check-in fee**: If it's an hour or two, let us know and we will probably approve at no extra charge. EXIT when Shabbat (Saturday) ends - 50$

**Parking**: Parking spot near the apartment: FREE

The apartment offers a fantastic all-purpose bottled water cooler/heater.

**Breakfast is available** (provision by a local cafe to your door): eggs of your choosing (with veggies, scrambled, etc), Israeli salad, different toppings (guacamole, different types of cheese, jam, tahini, etc) fresh homemade bread and juice. ONLY 18$!!! Per person.

- Keep noise to a minimum after 11pm.

- There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied, the guest will be fined.

- PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied.

- If you would like to host an event (i.e. wedding, graduation, not party), please speak with us about it first.

- If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and will be fined.

You can access everything. The place is set espicially for you and your convience. Feel free to use the coffee machine, watch TV or relax on the sofa. Have friends over to sit with you in our nice living room

The neighborhood is quiet and has a student young feeling. It is full with bars and night clubs.

Beersheva is served by buses. You have to use a RavKav-card or buy a ticket in the bus which takes only cash. My recommendation? Buy an anonymous RavKav card on your first day here for 5 NIS (you can ask any driver on any bus or the cashier at the train station). Of course buy a RavKav only if you're planning on getting around by public transportation.
