If you're a tourist, you'd be asked to send us a copy of your passport and your Israeli stamp you got at the airport when you landed to get the tax back. Thank you for understanding.
Turn on your wifi and serch for a network called israelbu. The password is 0526309595
If you want to shower with hot water you need to turn the bolier on for about half an hour.
Smoking in the flat is forbidden, but we have provided a place to sit outside, so you can smoke there.
PLEASE turn off the heating, air conditioner and electric appliances once you check out and when you are outside.

The neighborhood is vety quiet and has a young student feeling, it's filled with bars
Beersheva is served by buses. You have to use a RavKav-card or buy a ticket in the bus which takes only cash. My recommendation? Buy an anonymous RavKav card on your first day here for 5 NIS (you can ask any driver on any bus or the cashier at the train station). Of course buy a RavKav only if you're planning on getting around by public transportation.
If you're more of a taxi person, you should know that taxies are expensive, so let us know and we'll find the best deal for you. Plus you can use an app called Gett. It's kinda like the Uber, just in Israel. Put your credit card details and click for a taxi, super easy and comfy. It's safe and quick.
If you're planning to get to Tel Aviv or Eilat, there are buses from the central station, but I'd go for the train. There are two stations, one in the center of the city and one in the north part of it. If you have RavKav and you know you want to go back and forth to Tel Aviv for instance, the cheapest option for you is to buy a daily ticket. The daily ticket combines the services of the trains and the buses.

Beer Sheva is not hilly nor rainy. Thus, bicycles are recommended to use in it. You can rent them for the day in serval locations throughout the city.
Renting a car? There are highways to get anywhere you want and it's fast and comfortable. Gas stations are all around both in and out of the city.
Busy hours are usually in the early morning or late afternoon when most people leave for or go back from work. There are places to rent a car in the city if you got here in a different way.
In need for cash? There's an ATM 5 min of walking from the house, in a commercial center called Gilat center. It is open until 23:00 pm.
Parking on the sidewalk or next to one with red and white colors on it is prohibited. It's illegal and you might get fined for doing it.
Single beds are not shown in the pictures but can be added depending on how many people are arriving.
