All visitors are required to send the passport copy minimum of three working days prior to the arrival date to obtain a border pass to cross the UAE-Oman check point; as for the UAE Resident, an additional copy of UAE Resident Visa is needed as stated in the new regulation of UAE-Oman border.
As per the law, guests may be allowed to drink alcohol in their villa or in the Summer House restaurant during Ramadan period.
Flying drones are prohibited in Oman and are not allowed in the property.
Guests who hold UAE Residence visas should avoid booking one day prior to arrival as the property is unable to process border passes one day in advance.
Without the border pass, guests will not be able to cross the Dibba checkpoint.
Per governing law from the United Arab Emirates and Sultanate of Oman, no alcohol is permitted when crossing the border.
