Our apartment is one of the distinctive apartments consisting of modest, luxurious furniture that suits all guests and increases their comfort in their stay so that they do not leave the place.
In addition to our special service that we seek to provide to our valued customers so that they feel completely comfortable as if they are at home.
In addition, it is close to King Fahad Al-Dawlat Stadium, which takes about 5 minutes by car.
The space
The apartment consists of:
- A large room consisting of two comfortable single beds, in addition to an air conditioner and a large closet.
- A spacious hall that can accommodate guests, with comfortable sofas and mattresses, and it also has air conditioning.
There is also a suitable kitchen consisting of a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, clothes dryer, and some necessary supplies for cooking.
- And a bathroom with a water heater, a sink, and some toiletries.
- There is a smart screen in the hall only
- The building has an elevator and free Wi-Fi on every floor in the building
Guest access
You will have full and exclusive access to the apartment during your stay through the receptionists present in the building within 24 hours.
With free public parking allocated.
Other things to note
Please note all food items are removed after each guest checks out so there are no cooking condiments like oil, salt/pepper in the property. You'll need to purchase what you need if you intend to cook at home.
We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive: drinking water, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. Please note that these will not be refilled during your stay.

- The internet connect is not stable we now trying enhance it but it will always take time from the provider
- We are provide a mid stay Clean for free if your stay more than 10 days.
- The towels and other essentials is provided one time before check in.
