The place is a spacious 1 Bedroom apartment, with open-kitchen floor plan and expansive outdoor balcony.

The bedroom includes a full en-suite Bathroom and floor-to-ceiling closets with ample storage space.

The large common living space features a fold-out double sofa with full bed linens and a comfy add-on pillow-top, which makes the sofa nearly as comfy as the king-sized bed in the bedroom.

The outdoor area has incredible views of the Marina + Sheikh Zayed Road + JLT - it features a high-top table + 4 bar stools and is an incredible place to enjoy your morning coffee or tea (provided complimentary from Dubai's very own local coffee jaunt, Raw Coffee Company).

The apartment is extremely clean, with plenty of fresh linens, hairdryer, body-wash / loofah, iron/ironing board, etc.

Breakfast: I provide a very light breakfast consisting of Cereal, Coffee/Tea, Fresh Milk, Fresh Fruit, and a light snack / chocolate. The primary purpose is so that there is something in the apartment when you arrive (many of my guests have very long, overnight flights). THE ITEMS PROVIDED WILL ONLY LAST 1 or 2 DAYS AND IT IS NOT INTENDED TO FEED THE ENTIRE GROUP FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR STAY.

A note to parents - particularly moms. We're happy to fit the apartment with whatever you need for your little one(s). From pack-and-plays/cribs to high-chairs and strollers - don't fret, we got you covered. Just give us a heads-up ahead of time.
