This space has lovely décor aesthetics, a chic coffee table that nests, and an elegant pendant light that adds elegance and peace. Floor to ceiling windows in the apartment allow a lot of natural light to come in, giving the space a dynamic appearance. With its quick WiFi, you won't even miss anything.
Beside the living area is an alluring dining area that comes with a round dining table paired with six upholstered dining chairs for comfortable seating, share the love over the scrumptious meal with your loved ones. The dining space is made charming by a big wall art & a fancy pendant light that hangs from the ceiling above it.. Whip up some food if you fancy cooking or make a simple cup of coffee with the appliances provided in the fully equipped modern kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, cookware, kettle, dishwasher and more!).
As you walk your way to the bedrooms you'll be delighted to see how each bedroom is decored individually to meet high standards. Both the bedrooms are featured with king sized bed & are fitted with comfy mattress, premium linens & soft pillows for a cramp free sleep! Each bedroom has a vanity area, and one of the bedrooms has a TV for extra comfort and luxury.

Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing night life. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafe.
The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.
With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent in this place to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a tram, train, or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi, and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha, and others. While Bus 310 goes to International City, among many others.
Marina Mall, Dubai Marina Yacht Club, JBR Beach and The Walk are all a few minutes’ walk from the apartment.
The fastest and easiest way from DXB airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).
If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
