Our lavishly designed studio with one of the largest balconies is located at The Palm View East building on the main road into Palm Jumeirah.

This modern and tasteful studio come with ample storage with a large closet fit for even those staying with us longer comes with a fully upgraded kitchen at the entrance and is equipped with everything you may need for your stay to be the most comfortable. Whether you like to cook or bake, or just love that perfect cup of coffee in the morning, the Small open planned kitchen fits everyone. Equipped with a washing machine, a 2- stove top, Microwave, a fridge and a Nespresso Coffee Machine.
The bathroom contains a walk-in shower, a sink and cabinets to store all your toiletries and more. A sink and a lit-up mirror.
Leading up to the bed space is a King bed with a hotel standard orthopaedic mattress fit for royalty and comfort for that peaceful night’s rest! Beside tables with modern lamps for those who like dim lights or love reading in bed.
The living room has a sofa for those who adore Netflix and Nap. A Large 58-inch smart TV with high-speed internet… trust the Netflix will be as seamless as you can see from the balcony overlooking views such as The MARINA DOCK, The ATLANTIS, and BURJ AL ARAB.
Experience an extraordinary breakfast as you have breathtaking views of the Palm - thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows adjacent to it. The bar-style round table and dining chairs that is perfect for those romantic dinners.
Enter the balcony, revelling in the calming vibes of The Palm and breathe some fresh air. Let the horizon fascinate your senses and unwind in total awe! Sounds cool right? Get comfortable on the outdoor set of a table and four chairs for when you have that company over.
Our valuable guests will have access to an outdoor pool located on the 1st floor and a fully equipped gym on the rooftop with open hours from 10 AM to 10 PM. BLACK Box gym is also under the building which is payable.

Residences also are eligible for a 20% Discount at Ella’s Restaurant by presenting their access card or simply mentioning Airbetter Holiday homes and your apartment number. Do try out their cocktails and lunches, they are delightful. Also, a Japanese and a bar for your convenience in the same building.
Other facilities like laundry services and Nakheel Mall at walking distance of this property. Scuba centres, shopping and a wider array of restaurants at The Pointe are less than 10 mins away.
The location brings you closer within walking distance to the Nakheel Mall. Parts of the island can be reached by car as well as by public transportation. The Pointe is less than 1 KM away and the Dubai International Airport is 35 mins away from Palm Views East Residence.
