The apartment is fully furnished and decorated to a high standard with TV, comfortable furniture, High speed Internet wi-fi, AC, etc. There is a spacious living area, illuminated by large windows. Integrated modern kitchen contains all the equipment necessary for your stay. Very comfortable queen size bed, linen and a set of towels are provided, as well as a set of amenities in the bathroom. The apartment has all the facilities you might need to spend a perfect time in Dubai. The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitised for your safety. Guests will have access to the entire home and all the amenities of building. This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time.
