Welcome to The House of Mima!
Located in the nestled part of old town Dubai, is Zanzaabeel 3 where our stunningly cosy 2-bedroom apartment is located.
This stunning apartment is located on the first floor of Zanzaabeel 3, ideally situated in proximity to The Boulevard which homes a spectacular list of restaurants.
Upon entering this apartment, is a large kitchen fully upgraded and fitted with new appliances that include a fridge/freezer, a stove, Microwave, a Nespresso Machine and a washing machine. Fully stocked with cookware for those who love home-cooked meals.
At the entrance is also, a guest powder room converted into a full bathroom with all modern features, a walk-in shower and a beautiful backlit mirror.
The master bedroom follows with a beautiful and cosy king bed with a hotel standard mattress. This very bright bedroom comes with 2 large windows with garden and community views that allows ample light in. A full-length mirror and a cosy corner from where you can marvel at the views outside. The upgraded bathroom comes with a walk-in shower and sinks with backlit mirrors matching the marble lux feel.
Bedroom 2 is a large, converted space with a queen bed tastefully decorated with a beautiful art piece overhead with a door for privacy.
The living room has a very comfortable sofa and a large smart TV for those lounging nights is connected to high-speed internet for the browsers. The dining room has a round table with 4 dining chairs for those gatherings.
The House of Mima is a home away from home with its welcoming features and the serene views from the balcony that comes set with outdoor furniture. The balcony faces the pool but with open skies ahead with no disruption to the views of Dubai.
Our property is a walking distance of the boulevard downtown which is home to some of Dubai s Best Restaurants. A short drive to The Dubai Mall, The Dubai Opera, The Burj Khalifa and easy accessibility to both Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. Its ideal location puts you right in the heart of Dubai.
