Princess tower is the 2nd tallest residential building in the world, with 101 floors. The building is next to carrefour supermarket, nightclubs, bars, beaches, and marina walk. The apartment is on 82nd floor and offers spectacular views throughout the year but especially during new years you can witness the epic views of Palm Jumeirah & JBR Fireworks.
Pool , Cardio/Weight Gym, sauna , Jacuuzi , Skyview Lounge at 97th Floor are included in stay. FREE Parking is available for one vehicle.

Our Apartment has assigned parking in Basement B1 - Parking Slot 55. Access Card is available in Property and will be handed over to you at the time of check in. Please keep this card safely as it is 200 AED +Admin Change plus hassle to get new one. Please hand this over to us at time of check out.
If any guest is coming to meet you, please check with Security / Reception if they have free parking available in the building. If parking is not available, then there is plenty RTA parking next to Barasti available which is 1-2 mins walk.
If you are going to JBR / Marina walk, it is recommended to use Public Taxi as Parking is quite expensive.

A cleaner on chargeable basis is available in case Guests would like to get the apartment cleaned on a daily basis or frequency suitable to them. Laundry service and Indian cook are also available for a nominal charge. All key amenities are within walking distance with the facility to order via phone. A landline with local calling is included but not mobile or international calling. First Aid Kit and Fire Safety equipment’s are available in kitchen.
