Two additional comfy arm chairs are provided for extra seating if you have friends coming over during your stay. Feast with your loved ones in the rectangular dining table that has four dining chairs to give you ultimate comfort while enjoying your food. Prepare the grand meals or the quick ones as the kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances. Extra chairs are provided in the kitchen counter if you wish to just have a quick munch before leaving the unit. Walk into the bedroom and a king-sized bed with a comfy mattress & premium linen will welcome you for a good night's sleep. An additional comfy mattress which sleeps 1 is also provided for extra sleeping if you have friend staying over. The bedroom is further furnished with art piece, side table with lamp and inbuilt wardrobe. An aeron Chair is also provided with a desk in where you can quickly catch up with your office work. We wouldn't forget the toiletries needs as bathroom is equipped with Soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion for more comfortable stay. Step out onto the balcony to get some fresh air or admire the greenery view, which can be therapeutic because of the calmness it emits. Full access to pool, gym and parking is available upon request. The Greens is a beautiful and family-oriented community of Dubai. You will find a lot of greenery, kid's areas, excellent grocery shops, restaurants, and coffee shops in the area. Al Dhafrah is one of the neighborhoods in The Greens that is lined with stylish and sophisticated low-rise towers. This place is ideal for small families, business men, couples, and groups of friends who want to spend time in this kind of community. The Greens is also close to the Emirates Golf Club. Families will find it easy to spend time together playing golf and enjoying the sun Uber and Careem are options for booking a taxi. Greens has amazing and quick access to all of Dubai via Sheikh Zayed Rd. as well as Al Khail St. If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a train or bus, there is a bus stop 3 minutes away on foot. Bus F35 goes to the Dubai Internet City Metro Station, the Mall of Emirates, and the metro station with the same name that is also adjacent to it. Getting in a train will bring you to different places in Dubai. It is also connected to the tram system that can get you to JBR, Media City, Marina, Knowledge Village, and more. It is also linked to the monorail that can get you around Palm Jumeirah. The fastest and easiest way from DXB is by taxi (25min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person) then a taxi or bus ride at the Mall of Emirates. If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing! House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
