If you are looking for a place to stay where comfort and coziness take place, then this is the right apartment for you. The living space has a sofa bed with the king-sized bed right beside it. Enjoy your meal on the dining table with some entertainment as you watch the TV right across you. The kitchen, on the other hand, is complete with all the necessities for cooking and making coffee or toasts. Both the sofa and king beds have fresh linens and cozy mattress for a better sleep. The bathroom has soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion for a more comfortable stay. Step onto the balcony to see a glimpse of Dubai's beauty spread over the skyline with the gorgeous view of the Dubai Marina. It is indeed therapeutic! It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing night life. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafe. The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities. With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air. The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent in this place to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi. If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a tram, train, or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi, and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand, goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha, and others. While Bus N55 goes to the World Centre Hotel, Dubai Country Club, International City, among many others. The Jumeirah Beach Residence 1 tram station, meanwhile, is about 2 minutes away if you want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Marina Mall. This connects to the main metro station that can get you around Dubai. The fastest and easiest way from DXB airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person). If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing! House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations and furniture. Please no parties. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only! This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). Please note that baby cots & baby high-chair are subject to availability only.
