PLEASE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT AT OUR CREEKSIDE LOCATION (107-2011 Innsbruck Drive, Whistler Creekside). Guests expecting to arrive after business hours (Monday to Thursday 8:00-21:00; Friday to Sunday 08:00-23:00) must call the number on the confirmation document to arrange after hours key pick-up. Guests under the age of 25 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Snowbird by Whiski Jack in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of CAD 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
