As you waltz into our quaint studio you’ll find two comfy full-size beds, twin (single) situated in the Den, a kitchenette sporting your cooking basics, a bathroom kitted out with shampoo, and towels as well as all the essentials needed to stay sanitary. We supply an umbrella and chairs so you don’t need to pay fees at the beach. Free parking and outdoor pool! If you enjoy a game of blackjack, like to bet on horse racing, or fancy night out at a sports bar head 6 minutes down the road to S. Florida’s renowned Gulfstream Mall and Casino. Starbucks, Walmart, and Publix are located next door. South Beach, is a scenic 34-minute ride with plenty of water views down Ocean Drive. If you have questions our team works round the clock to ensure the best vacation experience ever! ▶️Parties are prohibited ▶️$250 penalty for having pets in the unit ▶️$300 penalty for smoking in the property. You will also be dismissed from your rental without refund. ▶️$250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without refund. ▶️$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located on the building entrance. ▶️Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can :) ▶️Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account ▶️On checkout please turn off the lights, water and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you ➡️Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account POOL IS OPEN!! You can enter, use only the chairs that were placed there. Please do not touch those that are piled with yellow tape. Large groups of more than 6 people cannot gather. If you do not comply with the rules you will be escorted off the property and your stay will not be refunded. ***IMPORTANT TIP TO KEEP IN MIND DURING THIS SUMMER SEASON: Please turn off the AC when you open the door/windows, if not it may cause the AC to freeze and stop working.
