Southern Dunes Resort has been built on the fringes of one of Florida’s most renowned golf courses in a lovely gated community setting. Southern Dunes is located in the Haines City area on US 27, on one of the more prestigious golf courses in Central Florida. Walt Disney World® Resort is located just a 30-35-minute drive away. There are many activities and facilities to enjoy at Southern Dunes, including its renowned golf course, clubhouse and bar, communal swimming pool, children's playground, tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts and a supermarket, which is conveniently open 24 hours a day. Our Homes here have their very own private screened swimming pool and outdoor furniture to take advantage of. Inside the lounge area has a TV and DVD player – perfect for quiet family time on days away from the parks. Each villa contains a master bedroom with king- or queen-size bed and en suite bathroom, plus additional bedrooms each sleeping up to two people, which may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds) and a second bathroom. All towels and bed linens are also supplied.
