A fully equipped kitchen and a patio are found in each simply decorated studio at the pet-friendly Holiday Isles Resort. Studios are equipped with a flat-screen cable TV and a seating area. Guests can use the barbeque facilities or dine outside in the picnic area. A launderette is available for guests of the Resort Holiday Isles. Central Saint Petersburg is 10 miles from the property. John’s Pass Village is less than 5 minutes’ drive away. Property has a pet fee of US$35 per night.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property is located within a pedestrian-only zone. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note at least 1 registered guest in each room must be at least 24 years old. Charges will be applicable to guests with more than 2 children in a room. A surcharge of USD 25 applies for arrivals after check-in hours later than 21:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note no recreational drugs are allowed and parties in rooms, pool and hallways are not allowed. Failure to follow the rules police action will be required. Please note that we allow a maximum of two pets at the property, and pets cannot exceed a maximum of 43lbs. Additional charges may apply.
