The building amenities include a pool area and a community garden. There’s also shaded parking available on the first floor, the parking garage height limit is 7ft5. The Space: This luxury suite is spacious, modern, and has everything that you'll need for your stay. The space features three bedrooms, a very comfortable couch and two full bathrooms with the master bedroom featuring an oversized tub. You'll enjoy top of the line appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a spacious living room and a private balcony with incredible views of the surrounding conservation area. Our sumptuous beds feature quality linens, comfy pillows and comforters. The 50” smart TV in the living room comes with Netflix, news, and streaming channels. There are also flat screen TVs located in every bedroom including Netflix and high speed WiFi. The Palisades Condominium includes a pool, hot tub, fitness center, lounge and movie theatre. A great selection of restaurants, fabulous shopping spots and world class golf are all located only minutes away, right off the 192. Please note the movie theatre and fitness center are temporarily unavailable. Interaction with Guests: I'll be available around the clock. The Neighborhood: The apartment is minutes away from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. Palisades Condominium is right off the 192, with easy access to a great selection of restaurants, shopping spots and entertainment. Please note there are noise monitoring devices that are triggered if there's a high noise level in the apartment to ensure all guests remain respectful to those around them. There's a $50 fine for excessive noise complaints. 2. A maximum of TWO pets ARE WELCOME at our home! The pet fee is $50 per animal. 3. If you have any special requests throughout your trip, we are happy to make service calls for $25 per trip. 4. Please do NOT checkout late or you'll be charged a $150 late checkout fine per hour past check-out. 5. We're happy to deliver a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $10/day ($50 max per trip) 6. We're happy to deliver a High Chair for $5/day ($25 max per trip) House Rules: 1. Please don’t party or host events or you will be asked to leave with no refund 2. Please don’t smoke inside my home or you will be charged a $150 fine or your full security deposit 3. Please don’t check-out late or you’ll be charged a $150 fine per hour past check-out 4. Please clean up after yourself and any pets. Large messes will cost up to one extra cleaning fee
