Welcome to our newly-built 3-bedroom home! This family-friendly home is located in the Fiesta Key Townhomes gated community! This resort home has everything you need during your time visiting sites like Disney World, and Universal Studios with family and friends. The home is within a private gated community with a beautiful community pool, a premium clubhouse, tennis courts, a kid's playground, an outdoor jogging trail, and an exercise fitness room. My home has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and sunroom. There are 3 beds and the property sleeps 7 people. The Space: Our 3-bedroom home is fully furnished, with an amazing kitchen, a dining area, and spacious bathrooms. Enjoy the BBQ in the private sunroom! The space features top of the line appliances and in-suite laundry. Our beds are comfortable and provide a relaxing night's rest. You also get high-speed Wifi and are able to stream Netflix and other subscriptions on the 42”+ TVs. If you need to make time for work, there are designated areas within the home. The bedrooms are located on the second floor, with two full bathrooms. A half bathroom is available on the first floor. Guest Access: Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they may be greeted by a guard. All guests gain full access to Fiesta Key Townhomes and all of the amenities they offer. The Neighborhood: The house is a quick drive away from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, and Universal Studios! Coral Castle is also approximately 5 miles from Old Town Kissimmee theme park and close to Medieval Times. Getting Around: If you are looking for major chain restaurants and retail shops close by, they are typically located on Highway 192, which is approximately 2.1 miles away. Other Things to Note: 1. Please do NOT checkout late or you'll be charged a $150 late checkout fine per hour past check-out. 2. We're happy to deliver a full BBQ propane tank upon request for a $50 fee. 3. We're happy to deliver a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $10/day ($50 max per trip). 4. We're happy to deliver a High Chair for $5/day ($25 max per trip). House Rules: 1. Please don’t party or host events or you will be asked to leave with no refund 2. Please don’t smoke inside my home or you will be charged a $150 fine or your full security deposit 3. Please don’t check-out late or you’ll be charged a $150 fine per hour past check-out 4. Please clean up after yourself and any pets. Large messes will cost up to one extra cleaning fee
