The Space: This luxury condo-suite is equipped with one master King bed with an en-suite bathroom, a Queen bed in the second bedroom, two Queen beds in the third bedroom and a guest bath. A combination living/dining area and a full-size kitchen with all of the major appliances. The suite features premium bedding, climate control central air, flat screen TVs and complimentary Wi-Fi to provide you and your family with all of the comforts and conveniences of home while also enjoying the oversized private balcony with stunning views. Please don’t smoke inside my home or you will be charged a $150 fine or your full security deposit. 3. Please don’t check-out late or you’ll be charged a $150 fine per hour past check-out. 4. Please clean up after yourself and any pets. Large messes will cost up to one extra cleaning fee.
