Relatively close to the best shops and restaurants in town; Bern's Steakhouse, International Plaza, Channelside District and Ybor City. This quaint place is great for families, couples, solo adventurers, or business travelers. Listing offers an open floor plan with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, laundry, parking and backyard suitable for pets. - For more info please read The Space & FAQs below. The space AMENITIES: • Master- One low platform King bed, memory foam mattress, closet, TV • Bed No. 1- Two low platform Queen beds, memory foam mattress, closet, TV • Living room with a sofa bed for additional guest(s) and TV. Linens and sheets for use of sofa bed must be requested in writing prior to check-in. • Full kitchen with basic utensils including dinnerware, silverware, coffee maker and pots & pans • Dining table with seating for 4 • Bathroom with tub • Ironing board & iron • Fenced pet green area • Central AC • Private parking for up to two (2) vehicles • Wireless internet • Stackable Washer and dryer (no detergent) •Guests are required to pay $100 deposit within 48 hours of check-in DISCLAIMER: A. Due to COVID19 personal care items including drinking water, washcloths and others are not provided unless requested in writing 7 days prior to check-in day. 2 bottles of Shampoo and 2 Conditioners are provided per stay. We have a 60-minute gracing period that allow guests to check out between 10am to 11:00am. In the event of any emergencies, please send a message requesting additional assistance or request. 05. Is this a private property? The listing is private property and will be available to for use of you and your guests only. Master offers a king size, low platform bed with 12-inch memory foam. The second bedroom offers a low platform full size bed with a 12-inch memory foam. 07. Is there WIFI and TV? Yes, there is free wireless internet and smart TV to stream apps including Netflix, YouTube among others. 08. Is there a deposit requirement? A refundable deposit Is required, the deposit amounts are as follows. 1 - 7 days is a deposit of $200 USD, 7+ days is a deposit of $300 USD. 09. Is this the same listing as shown in the photos? The casino is located approximately 25-30 mins from the listing. 15. Does the property have a kitchen? If so, it comes with utensils? Yes, there is a designated kitchen with basic utensils including silverware, dinnerware, coffee maker and a set of pots and pans. 16. Is there a gym onsite or nearby? The premises do not offer a gym though there are multiple gyms within a 2 mile radius, 5-10 min drive. 17. Does the listing have a balcony? The listing does not have a balcony though it offers a front porch facing main street. 18. When are check-in instructions sent and how do we check in? Check-in instructions are sent the day of your check in between 12:00pm to 2:00pm via an automated email to the platform. Should you have not received instructions by 3:00pm, contact us immediately for further assistance. 19. Are there personnel onsite on a daily basis? Yes, we have personnel including housekeeping and maintenance on call, Monday through Sunday, from 10:00am to 11:00pm to better assist you throughout your stay. 20. How do I submit additional toiletries or maintenance requests? For any missing, additional toiletries or maintenance requests, please send us a message on the platform or text line. For any requests received, other than emergencies, after 8:00pm, our onsite staff will handle it the following business day. 21. Is there a laundry onsite? Yes, there is a washer & dryer onsite for our guest use. 22. What are the parking arrangements and what is the cost? Parking, alike downtown, is on street, first come first serve and it is complimentary. No ticket or tag is needed on dashboard. 23. What floor is this listing on? The apartment is located in the ground floor though there may be steps to enter the premises
