Featuring an 18-hole golf course, tennis court and an expansive new outdoor pool area under construction, this Midway, Utah resort is 30 minutes' drive from skiing opportunities in Park City. Free Wi-Fi is included in all rooms. An outdoor terrace, cable TV and tea and coffee-making facilities are standard in every room at Homestead Resort. Scuba diving opportunities are available onsite in a hot spring under a 55-foot limestone crater at Homestead Resort. Guests can enjoy a self guided tour through the hot spring 11:30 am – 6 pm daily. Restaurants include Simon's Restaurant, 1886 Smokehouse and a coffee shop called The Milk House. The Jordanelle ski lift at Deer Valley Resort is 8 miles from Homestead Resort. Outdoor Pool is closed from Wed 08 Nov 2023 until Thu 30 May 2024 A damage deposit of USD 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in. Additional charges may apply. Please note: Resort fee includes free mini golf, a newspaper, 1 free carousel token for each child staying at the resort and access to the driving range at Crater Springs Golf Course.
