Stunning view of the Blue Mountains from this unique farmhouse.
Please note this is an adults only property and only the number of guests booked to stay are allowed on the property. Great walks on 200 acre property and surrounding countryside.
Due to coronavirus we are sanitising all frequently touched surfaces between bookings .
Fantastic open log fireplace sits at the heart of the home .
Ideal as a romantic getaway or group of 4 .
Upstairs library room can be used as a temporary office with table and work surface that has views over the valley .
We do welcome well behaved quiet dogs upon approval . Rear garden with doggie door access into the house is fully fenced but not suitable if dogs dig under or can jump over the lowest point of one metre height.
Weekend rate will apply to any dates that include either a friday or sat night.

5 minute drive to Lake lyell fishing and water sports
35 minute drive the Jenolan Caves and Blue Mountains attractions.
We do also have a cheaper one bed cottage available for stays just search online for wattle cottage rydal

Please note the driveway is 1 km long and not suitable for cars with very low clearance
( low profile wheels ) as you need to go over a cattle grid and some bumps but access for a normal car is fine.
Access to great walks on the large property
if you only book as a couple - use only one bedroom
there is 2nd bedroom if you book for either 3 or 4 adults.
Additional fee applies if only 2 adults stay and each needs separate bedroom.

We will leave a key out if we are unable to greet you on arrival.

we do live on the 200 acre property aprox half a kilometre away so will be onsite during an emergency if required but otherwise
you will have total privacy .

Please also note we have a security camera at the driveway entrance to the property .

No loud music or parties permitted. Only guests booked to stay at the property are allowed on the premises .
Only one large to medium dog allowed or 2 small dogs with prior approval.
Sorry no children permitted on site .
