Much loved spacious home with ample space for large & small groups. Every rooms is well lit, spacious & comes with pre-loved, functional furniture & room settings. NB many of the items in our home are pre-loved & may not be brand new but are clean and functional. We welcome any feedback for any items needing replacement. NB no access is provided to linen cupboard or the garage. Driveway parking is available for 2 cars so please only park on the double driveway. Off street parking is not allowed. Please input the correct number of guests as 2 guests are allocated per bedroom. Each bedroom has it’s own KEY to allow us to cater to large and small groups (no need to pay for any bedrooms not required).
Surplus bedrooms, bedding, towels are locked/ taken offsite

Please note this is a family home & we cannot provide everything brand new as is expected in a hotel. Some items are preloved, may have signs of wear n tear, but are still functional & provided for your extra convenience.
To cater for babies & toddlers we provide a feeding chair, a high chair, and a cot. Plus an additional portacot can be provided by special request.
We do not provide garage or linen access as we reserve the right to store excess items required to function as an agoda (supplies, furniture, cleaning products, linen etc).
