The Space: Step inside our beautiful, fully furnished holiday home that will have you settled in seconds. The spacious home offers two bedrooms, one living, one bathroom, an open spaced kitchen equipped with basic kitchen amenities and complimentary condiments. Accomodating to casual diners who enjoy a home cooked meal. Linen and towels are provided, as well as complimentary essential bathroom amenities. You will find an outdoor fireplace and an inviting gazebo in the backyard garden, the perfect spot for a morning tea or evening wine. Guest Access: You have private access with using a lockbox and key. As a guest, you will have access to the entire home, linen, towels, washer, dryer and consumable amenities at no additional cost. Room configuration is as follows: Room 1 - Queen Bed Room 2 - Queen Bed Common Area - Sofa Bed Interaction with Guests: We respect the privacy of our guests and ensure a contactless check-in. However, if you have any trouble with your check-in or any other issues/inquiries during your stay, our Guest Support team is around to help. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit. 2) Residence - Guests must notify Cosmo of any disputes or complaints from neighbours as soon as reasonably practicable. - Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their guests/children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the neighbourhood.
