This newly renovated unit offers comfort for you and your children, or can accommodate you and some friends. A host that understands that sometimes it's important to check an email or two and tend to some work duties from afar, a comfy work space in the main area with NBN connectivity. Short distance to the beaches, shops, cafes, bell's carnival (Christmas period). Master bedroom that is comprised of a queen bed with a heap of cupboard space and a 48inch QLED Smart TV neatly mounted. In the cupboard space is a port cot, additional heaters and blankets for the winter, and a fan for the summer. Second bedroom with single bunks and a smaller closet space and bracketed 32inch smart TV. Main area has an office desk in the corner and 4 seated dining table in the other corner. Main area also has a 60inch smart TV and a fold out foton to sleep an extra 1-2 guests (Depending on their size and what's comfortable), with board gamed and beach towels. Bathroom has a shower and bath tub and shares a front loader washing machine. Kitchen is well equipped with utensils. Outdoor patio has a flat BBQ grill and cover, and your own private parking space near entry. 100m - to the nearest beach (Caseys Beach). 800m - to Observation point lookout. 1.1km - to Batehaven shops (Cafe, Pick a present, Fish and chips, Bakery, IGA, Medical centre, Beauty spa, Wood fire pizza, Service station, Chemist, Newsagency, Nursery) 1.1km - to Corrigans beach, Batehaven park, Jet ski hire, Bell's Carnival (During Christmas Holidays) All access to the entire apartment and all its facilities. Easy check in guest access with a mounted lock box with keys in which a code will be provided for automatically within 2hrs of your check in time. Free covered parking space via a private shared driveway. Available all hours for any enquiries, our aim is to be as responsive as possible to make sure you have the best experience.
