Kiama Tea House is a short stroll to the beach, cafe’s, boutiques, restaurants and supermarket.
Kiama Tea House offers open plan living - with lounge, kitchen, dining and outdoor deck free-flowing and harmonious. Two bedrooms flank either side of the lounge. Bedroom 1 offers a Queen size bed, and Bedroom 2 offers two King Single beds - allowing the property to sleep 4 guests total.
Accommodation with such a great location, and with quality amenitites is seldom found - come and stay at Kiama Tea House!
Kiama is a private apartment at the front of the main house, and guests are encouraged to utilise all facilities.
Access is via a lock box at the front entry and the code will be emailed 24 hours prior to arrival.
If you have little ones, we have a complimentary travel cot (only base sheet supplied), high chair, booster seat and stroller available upon request. Please include a note when booking, if required.
A standard cleaning fee (1.5 hours) is included in the booking fee, however if there is excess cleaning this will be charged accordingly.
BBQ cleaning products are stored underneath so please ensure the BBQ is left cleaned…if not an additional cleaning fee of $25 will apply.
