This luxurious modern city apartment on the 29th floor has unbelievable views of the Brisbane river and CBD all from the spacious balcony, conveniently accessed from the living space.
Also available within the building is a step in lap swimming pool. heated spa to use all year round sauna and fully equipped gym. There is also a bbq area with plenty of space with tables and chairs, (please note these areas are shared with other guests in the building and are an added bonus during your stay - there is regular cleaning and maintenance that is carried out so at times they may not be available during your stay)

Our standard rate is based on maximum 4 people - With the option for more guests at an extra nightly rate up to 7 guests.
No guests under the age of 21 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Guests have access to the entire apartment except a few locked cupboards for cleaning storage.
We give guests their privacy but are available when required through the booking channel message, this is the best way.

Directions for your accommodation will be sent to you after your (URL HIDDEN) If you are arriving by either bus/train, you will only have a short 500m walk to your accommodation or if arriving by car via the M1 to Brisbane City, take motorway 3 into the city exit Elizabeth street and turn into Queen street or exit Turbo street, drive to wharf street, and turn into rich lane. Please note only 1 car parking space comes with your booking and no extra parking is available in the building but there are several paid parking stations close by. Search parking city centre close to Queen Street to view availability.
A copy of photo ID is required of all adults staying plus their contact numbers prior to Checkin details given on arrival for security and insurance purposes
Checkin after 3pm only as proper cleaning process is needed to ensure we are following the strict government cleaning protocols - early access may be available but at a fee of $35 per hour weekdays and $50 per hour weekends and on request only.
Checkout is prior at 10am - late checkout can be requested up to 12pm at a rate of $35 extra per hour weekdays and $50 per hour weekends but again needs to be approved prior to arrival.
