Damage Deposit Policy
AUD $200 damage deposit will be collected upon arrival, card and cash accepted, which will be returned the day on checkout. This deposit is intended to cover any damage or loss that may occur during the guest's stay. The deposit must be paid in full at the time of check-in and can be paid via credit card or cash. If any damage or loss occurs during the guest's stay, the cost of the damage or loss will be deducted from the deposit. The guest will be notified of the damage and the cost of the repairs as soon as possible. The damage deposit will be returned to the guest upon check-out provided that no damage or loss has occurred during their stay.

Noise Policy
Any noise complaints which is received after 9:30pm will result in eviction at management’s discretion without first and final warnings.

Service Fee
Please note that credit card payments incur a service fee of 1.5%. Debit cards charged on ‘savings’ won’t incur a fee.
