This new, 3 bedroom home-away-from home offers 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen and lounge area. Each bedroom features a queen sized bed, with 2 bedrooms having a TV/DVD player and a spa with a view in the master bedroom ensuite. Close to Hotel Bruny and the Alonnah shop and a short walk to the beach, scenic bushwalk track and the pontoon/marina, Top of the Hill - Bruny Island is the perfect base for those wanting to explore all that Bruny Island has to offer, or a sanctuary to sit back, relax and enjoy the views. Includes 3 TVs all with DVD players, CD/Bluetooth player, some DVDs and CDs provided. A selection of books are available, including a number that feature Bruny Island, and games such as cards, Scrabble and Uno. Strictly no pets, strictly no smoking. Parents of young children - before booking please be aware that whilst it is fenced, the deck is approximately 4m high (see photo). Other inclusions: Tea, coffee and sugar provided. Well equipped kitchen, including kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and dishwasher. Washing machine and drier. Heat pump/air conditioner. All linen, towels and toiletries provided.
