Any loud noise, shouting, or parties will not be tolerated and will incur a bond charge of $500 if a call is received to this office. If persistent then eviction will occur with no refunds. Byron Shire Council have restricted holiday letting to only 60 days a year across the shire due to persistent noise pollution from guests. There are key places that allow 365 days which are located along the beachfront streets only, including Belongil Beach and Wategos.
