The property requires guests to climb stairs & may not be suitable for the elderly or those with limited mobility.
Please note that there is a 3.5% surcharge when you pay with an American Express or Diners Club credit card. Please note guests paying by methods other than a credit card, a cash deposit will be required upon check-in to cover any incidental charges. If you expect to arrive after 22:00, please inform Ashton Lodge in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation, to arrange alternative check-in via a night box. If you are unable to contact Ashton Lodge in advance, you can use the default night box 8 to check in. The code is the same as the last four digits of your Booking.com confirmation number. Guests under the age of 18 years can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that Ashton Lodge does not have an elevator, however ground floor rooms may be available.
