Just a 10-minute walk from Eildon town centre, Sunburst Retreat is a 3-bedroom house boasting an outdoor heated spa bath. Pondage is located just 500 metres away and Lake Eildon is 2km away. The property is ideally located to explore nearby Jerusalem Creek, and the many shops and cafes in the town centre. The Pondage offers fishing, and Lake Eildon offers boating, water skiing and fishing. Set on half an acre, the retreat offers plenty of space as well as parking for cars and a boat. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has 2 singles and a trundle bed, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed, single bed and trundle bed. The main living room offers lounges, Free Wi-fi, a flat-screen TV, DVD player and a 4-seater dining table. There is also a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine and bread maker, plus a dining room with a 6-seater dining table. Outdoors there is a large backyard, a dining setting and a gas BBQ. All linen and towels are provided. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and ironing facilities. There are 2 split-system air-conditioners, portable fans and a wood heater to keep the temperature ideal.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Sunburst Retreat in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'.
