In consideration of our neighbours we request guests keep noise to a minimum between 9pm & 7am as we are in a quiet residential area. The main living, dining and kitchen area is opulently sized and effortlessly integrated with the outdoor alfresco setting. The elegant kitchen is adorned with gas cooktop, all appliances, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery for the most ardent of cooks. The dual lounge and media rooms offer wifi and Foxtel tv. Via large sliding glass doors that make the most of the waterfront aspect and inviting views across the pool that receives sun all day long. There is a substantial outdoor kitchen complete with dual mini fridge and freezer, 6 burner gas BBQ, fridge and bench for meal preparation. The master bedroom is grand enough for a king and queen with a king bed and large ensuite and television. 2nd bedroom also features a queen as does the third bedroom. Bedroom 4 is ensuited and has the choice of 2 singles or 1 king (please advise when booking) and also comes equipped with television as a kids retreat. There is a 3rd bathroom for convenience, and a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. The home is fully air conditioned with ducted Air Conditioning throughout.
