The open-plan living area provides ample space for relaxation and entertainment, with a comfortable lounge area and a 65" smart TV that's perfect for movie nights. The dining area offers seating for up to 8 guests, and there's a fully-equipped kitchen that has everything you need to cook up a storm.
The apartment boasts three spacious bedrooms, each with their own unique character and comfortable bedding. The master bedroom offers a king-sizebed and ensuite bathroom, bedroom 2 offers a queen-sized bed, while the third has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom, a single on top and a pull out single trundle bed, with additional sleeping space provided by a double sofa bed in the lounge area.
For entertainment, the apartment offers a video games table with over 100 games to keep everyone entertained for hours. You can also enjoy Foxtel Platinum TV with all sports, kids, and movie channels in HD and UHF.

Please note this is not a party house and we respectively ask for any loud music to be turned down after 10.30pm. We have noise monitoring devices in the apartment that will alert us if this is not adhered to. Please have fun and respect others!

During your stay you will be able to access the beach front pool area. The pool area provides a child wading area, sun lounges and umbrellas, pool side table & chairs and a large BBQ area with an outdoor dining area.
There is also direct beach access to the patrolled beach in front of the building - no need to cross the road.
I'll interact with my guests as often or as little as they require to ensure everyone has a great experience.
