A couple of tram stops away is the iconic Q1 building in Surfers Paradise, the tallest building in the southern hemisphere with amazing views, you can even enjoy a canal ride through the Gold Coast waterways...the list of activities is endless!

It's the best base from which to explore the Gold Coast, as it has fantastic travel options, such as the light rail, which connects to the train line, and buses heading out in all directions, as well as cab ranks, Ubers, and rental car options.
Head north to the popular theme parks, or inland on a winery tour in the surrounding hinterland, or visit the Q1 building in Surfers Paradise, which is the tallest building in the southern hemisphere, or enjoy a canal ride through the Gold Coast waterways.
The local cafés, restaurants and shopping precincts are all near this building.
